At Miryıldız Mining, we prioritise the efficient and responsible use of natural resources. To minimise our environmental impact, we continuously improve wastewater, emission and dust control and implement plans for biodiversity protection and rehabilitation from the outset of each project. To reduce energy use and our carbon footprint, we invest in solar energy systems and efficiency projects. All our activities comply with national legislation and international good practice standards.

We comply fully with the legislation of the Republic of Türkiye and relevant industry regulations in all our activities. Occupational health and safety, environmental protection, mining licences and permits, exports and customs are all subject to rigorous documentation and audit procedures. Our internal controls and audit mechanisms focus on the early detection and prevention of non-compliance risks.

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), personal data of our employees, job applicants, suppliers’ and customers’ representatives is processed on the basis of explicit consent or legitimate interest for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and retained only to the extent relevant, necessary and proportionate to those purposes. For technical secondary school and university students, we offer internship and mentoring programmes and support vocational trainingto improve workforce skills. We strengthen local supply chains and prioritise stakeholder participation in projects that benefit society.
